Privacy policy

TimeCenter will not disclose any confidential information to third parties, except when required by law or regulation which is required to have been submitted to a court of law or other state authority. "Confidential information" means any information provided by the service provider and client.

Applicable law

This site is controlled, operated and administered by TimeCenter from its offices in Sweden. These terms are constructed in accordance with the Swedish law and must be examined by a Swedish court when the dispute arises.

Information about cookies

TimeCenter uses cookies to help you as a visitor. An example of this is the site "remember" your e-mail address.

Cookies are stored only on your computer and not on the site. If you do not want to accept cookies, or be notified when they are placed, you can specify this in your browser.

License Agreement

In accordance with the terms of this Agreement grants TimeCenter you limited right, which is neither exclusive or transferable, to open, run and take part of this site and the materials contained on it. You agree not to cause disruption or attempt to disrupt the site's operation in any way.

All content on the site, such as graphics, images, logos and software, are protected by copyright law, international law relating to copyright law and treaties governing copyright. All content is owned by TimeCenter. Nothing in these terms and conditions means that the user is given any right to TimeCenter's intellectual property rights. The user may not sell, transfer, distribute, reproduce or publicly demonstrating its content. The use of the content on another website or other network is also prohibited. The user may not copy or adapt the HTML code that TimeCenter uses to design and operate their pages. Improper use of content means that copyright or other infringement of intellectual property rights. All selections for copyright and trademark protection and the like shall be retained for copying for private use. By using this site connects you to follow all international laws concerning copyright and prevent illegal copying of material.

User accounts

If you choose to become a user, you need to open an account for access to certain pages and services that require special permission. If you want to open such an account, you must sign up by providing complete and accurate information in a registration form. You must then including choosing a password. You are responsible for keeping your password and account secret, and you alone are responsible for all activities through your account. You agree to immediately notify TimeCenter about the unauthorized use of your account or other security intrusions. TimeCenter can not be held responsible for any loss suffered by you because of someone else using your password or account.

The user's obligations

You warrant and pledges that you will use this site in a way that is compatible with all rules and provisions of this Agreement and comply with all existing and future guidelines and rules for the site.

The user is responsible for their own information and use and the results thereof. The user is responsible for registration details and password is and remains confidential. The user is responsible for all use within the framework of its registration, whether approval has been given or not. The user must also immediately notify TimeCenter on any improperly used the user's account or data.

You agree not to use the site to:

  • Disseminating spam, or unsolicited e-mail
  • Pose your self as to represent TimeCenter or anyone other than yourself
  • Forge headers or manipulate the content of the site to hide its origin
  • False statements about your affiliation with a person or entity
  • Act in a way that adversely affects others' ability to use the site
  • Participate in activities prohibited by existing legislation
  • Submit material that violates or infringes on the rights of others, or which is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, vulgar or otherwise offensive
  • Collect or store other users' personal information unless you received expressed consent from the user
  • Use others' data or log on to a server or an account that is intended for other users or to allow third parties to use passwords for unauthorized use of protected pages
  • Look for and exploit vulnerabilities in the system or break safeguards without permission
  • Use the software, tools, driver or other technology (including browsers, spiders, robots or intelligent agents) to disrupt or otherwise exploit the site in an abnormal way
  • Try to decipher, destroying or change the software that the site consists of
  • Interfere with another user's use of the site by sending or spreading viruses, spam, Trojan horses or similar

    Violation of safety systems could result in prosecution. TimeCenter will investigate such crimes and reserves the right to involve the authorities concerned. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TimeCenter from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, incurred in connection with the use of this site.

    Amendments to the Agreement

    TimeCenter reserves the right at any time unilaterally and in whole or in part, modify, add to or remove sections from this agreement. Amendments to this Agreement shall enter into force when the notice published on the website. By continuing to use the site after the information on the amendment of this Agreement published assumed you have accepted these changes.

    TimeCenter may at any time without informing about thereof to remove, alter or correct errors or omissions anywhere on the site, and implement other changes to the site, materials and products, programs, services or prices (if any) described on the site, and withdraw or shut down sections or access to various features on the site.

    TimeCenter does not monitor or review the content of third-party sites and does not guarantee that information on these sites is accurate or reliable. This site may provide links to the websites of other entities. If you use these sites, you will leave this site. All visits to the linked sites is at your own risk and you have the responsibility to take steps to protect yourself against viruses and the like. TimeCenter can not be held responsible for the linked sites, their content or the products or services described on these sites. A link does not mean that TimeCenter or this site sponsors, recommends, is connected to or associated with, or have the legal right to use trademarks, trade names, logos or other symbols that appear in or you can access via the link, or that referral site has the right to use trademarks, trade names, logos and other symbols of TimeCenter.

    TimeCenter can never be held responsible for the damage (direct or indirect), including (but not limited to) lost output, lost contracts, lost income, loss of data or information, halt of work, which has a connection with your use of or inability To use the site or its contents or who has no connection with this agreement. Furthermore TimeCenter can not be held responsible if the information on this site contains errors or failures.

    TimeCenter is trying to as much as possible to ensure that information on this site is accurate. However, this can not be guaranteed when the material may contain inaccuracies and typographical errors.

    TimeCenter can not provide guarantees concerning the operation of this site or its security. Information can be intercepted and TimeCenter makes no representation that the Site or the servers that make this site available are free from viruses or other harmful elements.     Service provider responsibility

    Service provider is the person, company or organization that uses TimeCenter to accept appointments online. Clients are the people who make an appointment with the service provider.

    The service provider must offer support to clients and staff for all the basic functions of TimeCenter. For example, registration, signin, reservation, cancellation and rescheduling.

    Additional questions from clients that can not be answered by the service provider is forwarded to TimeCenter via e-mail. TimeCenter responds to the service provider who then forwards the response to the client.
