In an ongoing effort to provide all of our customers with a professional work environment, children under the age of 14 are NOT PERMITTED in WORKFORCE CENTRAL FLORIDA offices.

Please note that all appointments are organized by county and office. Orange County has two locations, so please book the appointment at the office closest to your home.

All WORKFORCE CENTRAL FLORIDA Re-employment Specialists are nationally certified workforce development professionals, who provide career counseling, job referrals and resume critiques. If you do not have a particular counselor in mind, you can feel confident that you can receive a quality experience with any of our Re-employment Specialists.

Please note that WORKFORCE CENTRAL FLORIDA staff members are not employed by Florida’s Unemployment Compensation System and therefore cannot determine or offer advice on eligibility for benefits. For questions about unemployment compensation, you may call the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity Unemployment Compensation Hotline at 800-204-2418.


Attention United States military veterans and eligible spouses: To ensure priority service, WCF has one or more veteran representatives at each office. If you are a veteran or an eligible spouse, please select the specialist listed as LVER or DVOP for your county of residence. Disabled veterans should select appointments listed as DVOP, if available.

If you encounter a problem scheduling an appointment, please e-mail and enter “TimeCenter” on the subject line. A WCF staff member will contact you for assistance.          

Here is what you can expect at your first appointment with a re-employment specialist:
• Completion and Verification of EFM registration
• Demonstration of EFM and benefits
• Overview of WCF services available to jobseekers
• At least one job referral
• Explanation of future appointments and content of each
