Starting 4/11/2024 all clinic visits Monday thru Thursday will be at CITY HALL while Public works is renovated- hours 8:30 am till 4:00 pm
Friday: VIRTUAL VISITS ONLY
All employees utilizing the clinic will pay a $15 copay for services. Services related to the wellness/compliance program and prescription refills will continue to be $0.
