Starting May 28th 2024- all visits will be at Public Works- New hours for clinic will be Mon/Wed 8am-4pm Tues/Thur 7am-3pm Friday 8am-12pm all visits virtual please schedule virtual visit when making appointment on Friday
All employees utilizing the clinic will pay a $15 copay for services. Services related to the wellness/compliance program and prescription refills will continue to be $0.
