Katie Hamilton
Welcome to Dr Katie Hamilton Inc, a neuropsychology practice started in Jhb in 2021 by Katie, and which includes associate neuropsychologists when demand requires it. For further information about neuropsychology or the practice, please go to our website.
I have been fascinated by the human mind and brain throughout my life. Practising neuropsychology has allowed me to explore the relationships between personality, cognition, behaviour, and brain function, and use that knowledge to help adults and geriatrics cope with neurological fallout or neurodivergence. My primary focus is on psychoeducation and treatment, although cognitive assessments can be conducted as needed.

Tim Bean
Tim Bean has been assisting the practice throughout 2026. Please note that from 1 November 2026 he will only be offering online sessions as he relocates to help expand neuropsychology services across the country.
Tim graduated from the same MA Neuropsychology clinical program at the University of Cape Town as Katie, and is helping us ensure that all patients who reach out to the practice can be assisted.
Tim is available to see neuropsychological patients for clinical and therapeutic work. He will focus on teens, adults, and geriatrics, and will be based at the Bryanston rooms on Wednesdays and Fridays until the end of Oct 2026.
