TimeCenter protects your privacy and hereby we explain how we collect and use your personal information. We also inform you about your rights and how to use them.

By making an appointment in TimeCenter, you agree to this Data Protection Policy and how we process your personal information. You also agree that TimeCenter may send information to you electronically.

Our policy mentions service providers, who are the counterparty you make your appointment with, such as a salon. TimeCenter is a Data Processor for service providers, which in turn are Data Controllers for the data collected. TimeCenter is also a Data Controller for your account at TimeCenter where you can manage your appointment.

What kind of data do we collect?

Information you provide TimeCenter - When making an appointment, a customer profile is created with at a service provider and also a TimeCenter account.

Information you provide to a service provider - When contacting a service provider, through phone, email, SMS or personal visit, make a reservation or sign up for a membership or in any other form, become a customer at the service provider.
