Phone visits are available for established patients who have been seen in the office within the past year.
Please note that phone visits do NOT meet the requirement for step 2 insurance wellness discount.
Call the clinic at 378-0190 it you have any questions about making an appointment. If you have not been seen in the office in the past year, please schedule an office visit instead of a phone visit.

The first 2 pages of the Virginia High School League (VHSL) physical form MUST be completed and signed by a parent prior to the visit.
We can typically access the date of last tetanus vaccine (Td/Tdap).

Please select if you are making an appointment for bloodwork, a blood pressure check, weight check, allergy shots, Depo-Provera shot, or immunization.
LAB INFO: Labs must be ordered by a healthcare provider. If you don't have
a lab order and haven't previously discussed labs with Jessica, you will need an office visit rather than a lab appointment.
Keep in mind that some labs must be done at a specific time of day or must be fasting to be accurate. If you aren't sure, call the clinic at 378-0190 and we are happy to help.
Immunizations we carry: flu shots, Tdap (tetanus/diphtheria/pertussis), and Td (tetanus/diphtheria).
Immunizations are offered for adult patients age 18 and over. For childhood vaccines, please contact your pediatrician or the health department.
