My name is Sarah Deering and I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling, I'm also a Certified Imago Relationship Therapist and a member of the NZ Association of Counsellors. I have over 12 years experience. I work with many types of problems and can meet with individuals, or couples. Seeking help is a strength and usually means you are ready and willing to tackle the issues that are currently affecting your life. You may be struggling with experiences from your past, or needing help with something that has happened recently. Whatever the issue, counselling can be a way of helping you reach a positive outcome so you can feel better about life, relationships, or work problems.
